Healing is one of my most studied subjects. At an early age I started practicing Yoga and getting more in touch with energies.

In the summer after finishing High School at a Quaker founded boarding school I was introduced to Buddhism. It is a practice that I still live by today. A few years later I trained in Deep Tissue Massage in California. The course I took included Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy and Energy Work. When I moved to England I discovered Reiki and proceeded to train in it to the point of attaining my Reiki Masters Certification. I also studied Colour Therapy (Aura Soma) with Rita Alexander, who was personally trained by Vicky Wall.

After living in England for 5 years I felt a calling to follow a new direction. I spent nine months working with Spirit to find a new way of knowing and working with Spirit and Energy. Through all the information that I received in the nine months of hard work I was able to learn that Lake Tahoe, California was where I would find what I was looking for. In Lake Tahoe I found the first in a series of Native American teachers. They gave me the information that I was searching for and changed my life for the better.

there are times when a persons’ body will only respond to a combination of both physical and energetic work.

The concept of Reiki is to put in pure energy into the body and for the body to direct it to the places where it is most needed. This is also true for some of the Native American techniques. There are a few Native techniques that consist of pulling or drawing out stagnant or not beneficial energy and replacing it with the Light of Creator.

A healing from me, regardless of what type, will leave you feeling calmer, relaxed and lighter. The after affects of a healing are that you can experience an increase of energy as well as a greater ability to deal with every day life. Healing can be used to support shifting blockages of any nature; emotional, physical or energetic. When doing a healing I always use the light of Creator and that Light will work on the areas of your body and space that need it the most.
